Dave’s Faves Not For Sale

During the year, we heard some great comments on our Dave’s Faves. So thank you all for this positive feedback on our personal take on the art on offer in Australia at auction each year. (For a review of the Australian art auctions in 2016 as just reported in The Australian, follow this link.)

Our slightly tongue-in-cheek approach is really about mitigating the mystique and sometimes perceived snob factor. But we are the first to admit that the pursuit and purchase of fine art can be somewhat of a minefield – if we can make the journey fun and engaging while avoiding those mines, it should hopefully keep us happy as well as our collectors.

Brigitte suggested something a little different in our last Dave’s Faves of 2016 … it has to be, as there are no more sales.
